Job Overview
Team Winnebagoland is looking for a full-time people person to lead the charge behind the Parts, Garment, & Accessories counter. The Parts manager is a selfless leader with endless energy and the ability to motivate people in a fast paced environment while also planning ahead to ensure a profitable year behind the parts counter.
Reports To General Manager
On a daily basis, you will be collaborating with your team to maintain a spotless showroom floor, help every customer that walks through the door find the right person, and help customers accessorize their machines before they take them home.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Keep a full PG&A Staff
- Monitor and improve performance
- Plan and budget for the year ahead
- Fix any unexpected issues in the parts department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Sales Experience Preferred
