Warranty Administrator

Wage Range: Up to $20/Hour

Reports To: Service Manager

Description:

Team Winnebagoland is in need of a Warranty Administrator to work with customers and powersports manufacturers to replace broken parts that are under warranty. This position mostly revolves around data entry into the computer but also requires strategic problem solving and high attention to detail.

Duties:

• Communicate With Customers To Determine Issues
• Inspect Defective Parts
• Submit Warranty Claims To Manufacturers
• Get Customers Back On The Road And Trail As Quickly As Possible
• Ensure The Customer Wants To Return!

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Powersports Experience Is A Plus
• Mechanical Experience Is A Plus
