Frontline Parts Specialist

Wage Range: Up to $20/Hour

Job Overview

Reporting to the parts manager, our new PG&A specialist will be responsible for helping customers in every way possible while working in a fast paced environment. This includes answering phones, greeting new guests at the door, fitting & sizing customers in their apparel needs, and showing customers all the cool options they have for their bike, ATV, UTV, or snowmobile.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Outfit guests with apparel
• Help with deciding which accessories and apparel to stock for the season
• Assist customers with accessorizing their purchased machines
• Ensure every guest gets to the person they need to see when they enter the store
• Direct phone calls
• Stay educated on all the latest gear and accessories
• Design eye-catching seasonal displays

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be comfortable developing relationships quickly in a selling environment
• 6 – 12 months retail experience preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Must be reliable, professional, receptive to being coached
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• High school diploma or relevant qualification required
