Part-Time Service Porter
Wage Range: Up to $20/Hour
Full-Time Service Porter:
Team Winnebagoland is in need of a porter to help our service team operate at maximum efficiency. This entry-level position will work directly with technicians, schedulers, service writers, and the parts team to coordinate a smooth service process. As a path to becoming a powersports technician, this career opportunity will teach you to uncrate and set up motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles as they arrive to the shop. You will also be responsible for the job duties listed below as well as any other tasks that the service team needs to provide consistent high-quality work.
Job Duties:
- Stage Units For Techs
- Stage Parts For Techs Next Job
- Uncrate Machines
- Assist Techs With Packing Up Units/Parts
- Organize Warehouse
- Restock Techs Supplies
- Be Tech's Right Hand
- Major Unit Setups
- Availability Tuesday & Thursday Evenings
- Availability Saturday
Job Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, candidates must be ready to work as a team. There are no educational requirements for this position but it should be looked at as an opportunity for future technicians or to gain experience working in a service shop. There is almost no limit to where this position can take you if you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
