To All Of Our Loyal Triumph Motorcycle Riders
Over the past 5 years we had an opportunity to meet many new riders through the brand and appreciate having you as our guest. We strongly believe that the quality and culture of the Triumph motorcycle line is second to none however the day to day business structure does not fit Team Winnebagoland's business model. So I am writing this to make you aware that as of January 1, 2021 Team Winnebagoland has decided to end our relationship with the Triumph Motorcycle franchise.
We as a dealership are not going anywhere and will be here to happily service your motorcycle and take care of most of your regular maintenance needs going forward. We also will do our best to service any motorcycle that has been purchased from us and for your extended service contract needs should a contract have been purchased from us at time of sale.
Some of the items we will not be able to take care of for you after January 1, 2021 will be:
- Standard Triumph Warranty Claims (first 24 months)
- Factory Recalls
- Reflashes or Updates
We do not want to leave you orphaned as a fellow rider so we have contacted Jay's Power Center of Reedsburg, WI. They will be excited to help you with all your Triumph needs going forward should we not be able to help you with them in house.
